It has been reported that Neiman Marcus is celebrating its 100th anniversary this fall, and has arranged for dozens of its best vendors to provide exclusive merchandise for the occasion. Prada has produced about 20 items, ranging from shoes to accessories to ready-to-wear. I soooo want to shop at Neiman's this fall! If you're planning to get your hands on the limited edition goodies, be prepared to spend! Prices range from $295 for a belt to $8,990 for a crocodile clutch. Shoes start around $995 for sporty styles and go up to $4,500 for crocodile pumps.

I wouldn't mind having such gifts for my birthday! What a treat!

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in Miu Miu Boutiques throughout our region.

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
