It's Never Too Late to Decorate

A few years ago, I have decided that for every occasion or a yearly event, I'll be decorating my home and give it a festive theme. My family member of course were forced into this so-called "family tradition" to celebrate whatever we're celebrating, be it Ramadan, Eid, birthdays... etc.  Why? It adds a cozy and festive atmosphere to our home. Unfortunately,I always end up doing all the decoration, not always a success, but I try to do my best and hope that my best is good enough! Anyhow, that brings me to my subject of the day, which is finding items to decorate our home with. So I was excited when I got introduced to Light Fantastic, a premier online supplier of LED decorative indoor and outdoor lights based in Kuwait. And I honestly find decorative lights a charming addition to any home's décor. The the design of the lights on the first photo featured here is just perfect for Ramadan.

They have lighting ideas that are suitable for table centerpiece for a lavish dinner party, comforting night lights for the little ones bedroom, lights for the garden, and lights that float in a pond or swimming pool.  And that's not all. Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
