Love Lacoste

What does Snoopy, Liberty of London, Charlie Brown, Parisian street artist Honet, and creative illustrator Joelle Jolivet have in common? They have all teamed up with Lacoste to bring you limited edition collection of classic polo dresses and t-shirts covered in uber-chic prints and designs. All designers, excluding Liberty of London as the brand focused on its signature pretty prints, have used the iconic Lacoste crocodile in very creative ways.

Let's start with these adoooorable Lacoste's polo shirts for kids with characters of classic comic strip The Peanuts. The polo shirts were designed to celebrates The Peanuts 60 years anniversary. I wished the came in my size! Actually they have reminded me of a post I have written about another crazy collaboration for Lacoste. Also there were a special collection for kids designed by illustrator Joelle Jolivet which I forgot to take photos of. But you can check out the designs here.

Lacoste boutiques are located at The Avenues Phase I and in Salhiya Complex.

Unfortunately this dress was the only one available at the store and it was from the girls section. It fits a 14 years old teenager! I gave it a shot and tried it on squeezed in it. I had nothing to lose, well... except my dignity!! Price tag? KD 64.
Now we're talking! I've found this adorable Lacoste x Liberty of London dress with shoes-prints on it (perfect!) from the women's section (phew!). Price tag? KD 95 (!!)

Ans here's something for the guys, Lacoste L!VE have teamed up with Parisian street artist Honet to create the first of their guest artist capsule collections.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
