For the Love of Bags

How many handbags are considered too many? And most importantly, are you tired of my shoes/bags posts? For me, I simply can’t help it, when I see amazing accessories I just have to share on my blog. I guess this is how my mind works. In any event, I love BAGS and SHOES! And there is a very good reason for this: they ARE the ultimate accessory! Regardless of your weight, size, and age, we all need shoes and bags.  They work magic on any look and any outfit. So now that I justified my love for bags and shoes posts, let's have a look at some true hand-candy I spotted recently starting with this cute mini metallic snake-skin chain bag by Marc Jacobs.I'm usually not a fan of Marc Jacobs bags, but this one and the red clutch/chain strap bag shown below are on a completely different level.

I loved how these Balenciaga bags have a new color twist
And for the most feminine and girliest/glam bags, check out the beautiful selection at Chloé boutique in Thurraya Complex. Can you actually believe that the black and beige bow mini-cross bag is less than KD 150?!! Not bad at all!
Chloé glammed up bags... heart!

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
