New Nails Haven

Every summer I find difficulty in booking my mani and pedi's appointments on the same day. But this problem is temporarily solved for now as there's a new quiet place in K-town. Nails Bar Boutique is a new nail spa that opened a week ago at Dar Al-Awadhi in Kuwait City. The place offers various services from manicures and pedicures to massages and body wraps. The quality of service and the shabby chic interior are impeccable. And it's not just the interior of soothing pinkish and white tones or the clean looking manicurists and pedicurists that will put Nails Bar Boutique on the map, I think it's the fact that most of their products are organic would interest a lot of us. Here's a sneak peak of the place...

Here's a quick look at the services offered at Nails Bar Boutique

For reservations or inquiries, please call Nails Bar Boutique at (+965) 2232-2833.

Greap Fruit Mani? They should check their spelling on the menu. Lots of mistakes. I like Bubbles Nail spa in Dar al-awadi.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Marie Clair - Kuwait is in Arabic of course. Have you read it? If yes, what do you think of it?

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
