Amanda Wakeley’s summer collection goes on sale exclusively through DIA-BOUTIQUE today and for one week only. The event marks the first time the British designer’s work has been offered through an Arabic-language website. Clients can choose from a selection of Wakeley’s signature gowns and party dresses, receiving their beautifully packaged purchases in fewer than five working days.

Since launching her label in 1990, Wakeley has earned a reputation for alluring, polished eveningwear and bridal gowns. Queen Rania of Jordan, Scarlett Johansson and Helen Mirren are among her many admirers, choosing to wear Wakeley’s designs for some of their most celebrated appearances.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
