It’s been a while since I have last shopped at American Retro mainly because the last two collections did not appeal to me that much. But this season the collection rooocked. I think the brand is getting its groove back. I felt that the pieces were inspired by the sartorialist photos and laid back street style images, and a whooole lot of studs or all shapes and sizes. My favorite piece is this pale grey silk jacket covered with soft studs. It has such a sophisticated edginess to it. It comes in black too and a matching pants.
