Webby Wednesday: My-wardrobe.com

Shopping at my-wardrobe.com is like taking a trip down Covent Garden and Kinsigton Streets. This simple and clean designed online boutique offers the latest in high fashion clothing, shoes, and accessories. Including some bits and pieces of high-end designer items. The site’s main focus is on designers from the UK, Europe, and Australia such as: Sass & Bide, See by Chloe, American Retro, Paul & Joe, Manoush, Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti, Antik Batik, and Erotokritos.

My-Wardrobe.com features include E-Zine which highlights the Editor’s Picks and gives fashion tips, and latest-arrival e-mail alerts. All purchases are beautifully packaged. Customers may return all items, including Sale items.

My favourite items are by Twenty8Twelve, better known as the line designed by Sienna Miller and her sis. I'm eyeing this printed frill detail blouse and the brown leather fitted jacket. Both items would go perfectly well with "my-wardrobe" for fall.*

*Confashion is now reaching out for her plastic card to do some serious online shopping. Au revoir!
**Yes, I do realize that this Webby Wednesday was posted on a Thursday. I couldn't wait for next week. Thank you.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Did you know that Marie Claire, an international women's magazine, has been launched in Kuwait and their second issue is already in newsstands? Marie Clair - Kuwait is in Arabic of course. The magazine offers an editorial mix of journalism with glamour, fashion and beauty coverage, and feature stories of lifestyle and serious women related issues. All by an Arabic editorial team. Have you read it? If yes, what do you think of it?

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
