Purple Reign


This season at Giorgio Armani Privé during Paris Coutour week, deep purple coloured lips and lip jewellery were the news.  I loved how the matte lips in a deep amethyst tone looked on pale yet dewy skin. Not sure if I can pull it off, but you will definitely won't see me with a single crystal on my lip.

I came to know that this lipstick shade will be available soon in K-town and it's called Rouge d'Armani 603.

What is up with sticking crystals on lips and teeth? I saw a girl with a crystal on one of her front teeth it looked rediculous! At first you're not really sure if it's dirt or if she has a teeth problem and then you realize that was done on purpose! So glad you made that statement in the end about never sticking a crystal on your lip, sara7a 7adda shakla ghetto / halaga.

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. Chanel Bags on Discount?!

If you thought that getting a cheap Chanel bag that's within your budget is something too far fetched, then think again. You'll be surprised to know that Chanel's boutique located at Salhiya Complex is currently selling several bags, that are a maximum 1 or 2 seasons old, on discount . And we're not talking about a 2 or 5% discount here, these bags are 50% off their original price! For some reason I always thought that Chanel bags never go on sale. But I guess the printed ones or the ones that are made out of the collection's main fabric have to go on sale. Anyways, I managed to take photos of these 2 beauties. What I love about those bags is that they're a classic shape that never goes out of style, their print is young and refreshing, plus they're quilted. I think they could be a collector's item. Both bags featured here are sold for approximately KD 250 .

Magical Mode

As anyone who regularly reads Confashions may know, there are some designers I’ve been obsessed with for quite some time: one is the genius Erdem , the other is Nicholas Kirkwood , and Pierre Hardy . And because their designs are somehow easily accessible online and offline, I had the pleasure of featuring some of their creations and showing them the love they deserve. That said, there is one designer I’ve been particularly smitten with for quite some time. He has always been on the top of my favorite designers list ever since I was introduced to his designs by my fabulous fellow fashionisto Adnan Z Manjal   a couple of years back : Saudi designer Mohammed Ashi .
