Urban Jungle in London

Elephant Parade, a charity founded with an aim to raise attention for the endangered Asian elephant, teams Up With BODYAMR and Zara Martin, TV presenter, actress, model, and UK ambassador for the Elephant Parade, to Unveil Urban Jungle in London.

Supported by numerous conservationists and celebrities, the parade features 250 life-size elephants hand-painted by an assortment of established and emerging talent from the art and design world. Zara has designed an elephant with her favourite fashion house BODYAMR.

The BODYAMR/Zara Martin elephant is on display outside Harrods (on Hans Crescent) throughout May and will then be auctioned off with the other 250 elephants to raise over £1 million for the cause.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in Miu Miu Boutiques throughout our region.

Chanel Bags on Discount?!

If you thought that getting a cheap Chanel bag that's within your budget is something too far fetched, then think again. You'll be surprised to know that Chanel's boutique located at Salhiya Complex is currently selling several bags, that are a maximum 1 or 2 seasons old, on discount . And we're not talking about a 2 or 5% discount here, these bags are 50% off their original price! For some reason I always thought that Chanel bags never go on sale. But I guess the printed ones or the ones that are made out of the collection's main fabric have to go on sale. Anyways, I managed to take photos of these 2 beauties. What I love about those bags is that they're a classic shape that never goes out of style, their print is young and refreshing, plus they're quilted. I think they could be a collector's item. Both bags featured here are sold for approximately KD 250 .
