Saucy Secret

Almost 5 or 6 years ago S*UCE boutique was my Dubai’s best kept secret.  I used to go to the one located in the Village Mall on Jumeirah Rd. The lifestyle boutique offered (and still does) an eclectic range of women's fashion from international and regional designers such as: Tata-Naka, Issa, and Sarah’s bag.  And whenever I wear any piece from my S*AUCE purchases, I always get complimented on. What I also loved about it is the fact that was located in a very hardly seen & quiet mall, which gives you the serenity you sometimes need after shopping around Dubai’s humongous malls.  Of course S*UCE now needs no further introduction to savvy fashionistas like yourselves. Anyhow, to my surprise while walking around Dubai Mall, I discovered they had a branch there too, so naturally I went in certain that I’ll be buying something quirky cool.  And as usual what was on display was SUPER quirky cool… Let’s start with this Tom Binns necklace…. I DIEEEEE… I’ll let the rest of the below photos do the talking..

Tea anyone? With Karl or Jean-Paul? Prêt-à-portea tea bags would look stylish when hosting a tea party

LOVED this deconstructed jacket by InstituteOfDress.com.

I KNOW!!! These Mary Katrantzou's colorful and bold graphic cocktail dresses have this mesmerizing visual quality which I love. Pieces of art.. Now you know why I LOOOVE this boutique.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Amazing Alia

Several months ago I posted about Alia Designs , a Kuwaiti talented designer of traditional clothes and dresses. Back then, I liked one of the items featured on her website. This time I'm going ga-ga over her latest Ramadan collection of Kaftans and darraa'at! Especially the one shown here on the first picture. Looks very young, comfortable, and oh-so-perfect for after futoor! For inquiries please visit the website or call (+965) 642-7400.
