Burberry opens first Burberry London and Burberry Brit stores in New York‏

Burberry opened two new stores in New York, which are the first of new concept stores for the brand. A 1500 square foot Burberry Brit store opened on the south side of the brand's NYC headquarters, showcasing ready to wear for men and women from the Burberry Brit collections including denim, outerwear and pieces from the Burberry Sport collections. The 1500 square foot Burberry London store opened on the north side of the headquarters, showcasing ready to wear for men and women from the Burberry London collections as well as accessories.

The funny thing is that on the same day I received this news, I noticed that the window display of Burberry's boutique in K-town was being installed using a nice contemporary and innovative christams tree ornaments design, and the same concept as the newly opened Burberry London boutique in NYC.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in Miu Miu Boutiques throughout our region.

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
