MOK sets his horses free in his Spgin/Summer 2010 collection, galloping with all their senses into 2010, bringing along modern interpretations of style. According to Moe Khadra, he was inspired by "The hippocampus, a mythological creature shared by Phoenician and Greek mythology. It has typically been depicted as a horse in its forepart with a scaly, fish-like hindquarter. These mythologies have described the horse of Poseidon (who was god of horses as well as of the sea). 10 outfits out of the designer's collection are part of a new joint venture called “MOK for FADY KATAYA”. Moe Khadra and Fady Kataya have collaborated on creating a new trend, where make-up forecasts by Kataya provided MOK with a styling package of inspirations, color codes, and trendsetting silhouettes. “MOK for FADY KATAYA” will be launched through a trend look book and available at FADY KATAYA BEAUTY LOUNGE.
