Nothing To Do In The Summer??


The International Media Academy (IMA), a leading modern educational institution for Media, is offering the following summer courses. It's educational philosophy is to provide lifelong learning opportunities that enable students to pursue their chosen careers in the field of Audio Engineering, TV Editing, Camera and Lighting, Creative Media, Film and other digital media.

Piano course:
This course is intended to provide the participants with the basics, rules and skills of playing the Piano. The course will take you step-by-step towards mastering the Piano, reading the musical note, identification of various ways of playing, time signature and note timings.
Price: 145KD.

Photography course:
This course is designed to give students a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals in photography. A series of talks, demonstrations and interactive sessions that cover all the base elements you will need to get out there and start taking good shots. Relaxed, entertaining & fun!
Price: 450KD

Guitar course:
This course is intended to provide the participants with the basic, rules and skills of playing the guitar. The course will take you to know the frets, Time signature and timing of pitches, Harmony and cords through intensive practice.
Price: 145KD

Wow! i'm really enjoy photography actually im a professional one too;p I think that 450KD is too much for a beginners course in photography! all the photography courses I have taken which add up to be 10-11 all costed me 2,500KD excluding the equipment, keep in mind that they are 10-11 and not one so I think its too expensive!

Atlaaast some interesting activities to do in the summer ! I`ve visited the academy in hawali and its a very interesting place, i think the prices are fair enough, im going to try the photoghrapy class ! ;)
