Black Patent Bags at Villa Moda

Even though I still believe that "IT" bags are overrated, that doesn't mean I'm not including them in my daily babblings. So, if you're searching for a black patent handbag, here's what's in store now.

The Yves Saint Laurent Tribute Patent bag. The bag has been worn by celebs such as Hale Berry and Ashley Simpson. To me this bag is mediocre. It does not make a statement and it's simply a "Muse-Wannabe". However, I actually think that the shape of it is practical. And.... That's about it. If you like the Yves Saint Laurent Tribute Patent bag it can be yours if you have KD 530 to spare this season at the YSL boutique at Villa Moda Shuwaikh, Free Trade Zone.

Now here's a bag i wouldn't mind wearing for the rest of my life! Bottega Veneta has taken the signature woven leather look and jazzed it up a little with patent leather. The Bottega Veneta Patent Shopping Bag is simply Devinne. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a photo of it. But it looks exactly the same as the one shown in the picture above on the left but in black patent leather. This one manages to join the "Investment Pieces" category as the design of it never goes out of style. If you feel like dishing out... ahem... KD 2,155, then the bag is alllll yours. The bag is available at Bottega Veneta boutique at Villa Moda Shuwaikh, Free Trade Zone.

i wonder what kind of issues someone must have to spend $7,500 on a purse in a world where a child dies from starvation every 3.6 seconds....

well i haven't seen any "elegant" bags for winter
i dont like YSL bags they dont suit my style and i've seen too many fake YSL so far!
prada on the other hand had a nice metal bag but the handles were so small that they couldn't fit in my arm! so paying nearly 800 on that bag would seem pointless

so im sticking to my fendi buckle bag

You never know, maybe that same person who spends that amount of money on a bag may well be generous enough to help communities in need financially.

I liked the miu miu vintagey red buckle bag this season. I usually like s/s bags more than a/w bags for some reason...

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
