The Reason Why Some People Suffer From Insomnia

Wearing a designer monogrammed item is not my thing. I won't deny that I had my "monogrammed moments" back in the day. But now it's too shabby for my matured taste. However, wearing a monogrammed bag/shoes is a thing and sleeping on them is something totally out there.

I received the above picture by e-mail. And I thought to myself: "This is tacky!! No no, this is beyond tacky. Tacky would be an understatement. It just screams desperate nouveau riche". I just realized that staring at this picture just gave me insomnia. Such things should be banned!

Who would spend a hefty amount of money to look that vulgar? In Kuwait? A lot may I add. I wouldn't be surprised to see this set of Fendi bed sheets and covers being used at baby receptions in Kuwait.

Wait till Dior, LV and other monogram-loving designers come up with bedspreads.

It will become a disease! like a plague! Allah yastir. hope it doesnt catch on!

I can totally see that hideous bedspread in a baby reception as u said.

As long as it's not monogrammed, I'm sure it looks 100th times nice than this!

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
