I know my London Fashion Week posts seem seem to be never-ending, but I couldn't possibly post everything that I saw and liked in one post. I'm probably the only blogger who's still posting about LFW. But I promise you this, I only have one more post left and that's it. I'll be all done from LFW, so you can all breathe a sigh of relief. So in today's post I'll be covering some additional Prêt-à-Porter brands, which I did not mention in my previous post here.
Let's start with Paper by Kelly Townsend, designs featured in the first photo shown above. For her S/S 2013 collection, the Central Saint Martins alumni was inspired by classics from the seventies. Think fun and bold colors, graphic prints, and flattering A-line shapes. I definitely see myself wearing her pieces.
Saloni is not a new brand, I remember seeing it at AlOthman Boutique and I think now it's stocked at Al Ostoura if I'm not mistaken. The brand is known for its vibrant, relaxed, and playful designs. I loved this textured cropped jacket from Saloni's S/S 2013 collection.
I spotted this beautiful knitted cardi/cover-up with Mexican embroidery by Carla Fernández, and all I could thing of is wearing it with a pair of comfy jeans and the most comfortable shoes and simply walk around London town. It looked and felt so cozy! Carla Fernández is a brand inspired in the geometrical and textile wealth of Mexican textile culture. You can find out more by clicking here.
Opps... I really can't remember who designed this bright coral dress but it looked very cute...
I know Willow is not a new brand either, but I had to share a glimpse of the pieces they had on display for their S/S 2013 collection. One of Australia's most stylish brands presented was one of the few brands who offered pastel colors, in conjunction with black, for the new season. Everything looked so feminine and pretty.
