Just Like Everything!

While walking around Nişantaşı area in Istanbul, one of the trendiest go-to destination for shopping and considered the fashion center of Istanbul, I spotted a shoes boutique. At first glance I thought the store was a multi-brand boutique that sold authentic products by YSL, Miu Miu, and Louboutin. But after a closer inspection, I was shocked to find out that all shoes on display were replicas of high-end brands! YSL Tribute Platform Sandals? Check. Miu Miu Cherry sandals and embellished sneakers? Check. Louboutin studded heels? Check check and check. The funny/sad thing is that a few walks down the block you will find the high-end boutiques selling the real thing! I wonder how the owners got away with it...
