ThenandNowShop.com is the brainchild of entrepreneur Lian Michelson, an ex-Morgan Stanley employee, who left her job to set up a luxury online boutique 2011. The site offers emerging and established designers for ‘NOW’, whilst ‘ THEN’ provides past collections at discounts up to 70% off.

They also work with a large number of other popular online retailers including my-wardrobe, matches, coggles, the outnet, ln-cc, etc so you can view all their products, and ThenandNowShop.com's products, in ONE place, rather than having to trawl through several different websites.

So what's so special about this online boutique? Well they work closely with designers so that they can offer exclusive pieces to yous, and they feature a number of items that cannot be purchased anywhere else. They're currently working with Zoe & Morgan, Kat Maconie, Maria Francesca Pepe, Georgia Hardinge, American Retro, Atalanta Weller, Meli Melo, and CC Kuo to name a few. Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
