Two in One

I have received this trendy gift of a pair of exotic skin platform heels and a vibrantly colored snake-skin clutch, both designed by the gorgeous and talented Dubai-based designer Amanda Navai, whom I have featured previously on my blog here. I tried on the heels and even though they were very high, they were quite comfortable to walk in. And check out how the clutch unfolds to reveal another new clutch! I love this reversible concept! Two clutches for the price of one! And it comes with a golden chain strap in case you feel like wearing it over your shoulder. Smart!

Is it worth mentioning that Amanda Navai has been nominated for the Emirates Woman awards of 2011 this year. Wish you Amanda the best of luck!

So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
