Statement Necklaces that Won't Break the Bank

Unfortunately, in most cases, the statement necklaces that get detected by my fashion radar do not run cheap.  Take for instance Tom Binns,  Delfina Delettrez, and Philip Crangi.  So I was delighted to find budget-friendly statement necklaces that I really liked. Check out these funky cool necklaces I spotted at H&M the other day.  The see-through necklace was retailed at KD 3.900 and the multi-strands necklace was around KD 5 more or less.  Niiice!
