Exclusive "SHAHTOOSH & PASHMINA" scarves hand made with hand embroidery, straight from Kashmir! Unimaginable prices! Call 9832103
I personally called the guy and bought FIVE scarves (1 for my husband)! The price range is KD 250 to KD 4,000. They're all worth the price!! He's much cheaper than what's being sold here! One more thing, they are 100% authentic, and the good thing about him is that he comes right to your place! I hope your readers will enjoy the beautiful shawls :)
Thank you,
F.S.G
Thank you SFG for sharing this with us. It would also be interesting to know what other readers think of the shawls if they got the chance to buy them from the shahtoosh guy.

you dont even want to imagine how much the people in india who made these shawls got paid for it!
you could spend this money to go to india for 2 days and buy the shawls yourself and pay the people who laboured over it a decent wage instead of robbing them blind and letting some jerk make a massive markup in profit!
i am still in shock. 4000 KD!!! insane
just for your information...something to think about...
The antelope, hunted down specifically for its fur is now listed as an endangered species and given the highest possible level of legal protection
The selling or owning of Shahtoosh was made illegal in all countries that signed the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, including USA, China and India. Even though it is banned, the illegal hunting of antelops, and the making and selling of bloody shahtooshes continues around the world BECAUSE NO ONE GIVES A BLOODY DAMN ABOUT ANYONE EXCEPT THEMSELVES
4000 KD is a joke!!!
it might be illegal and it surely is in most parts of the world (so is the iconic monkey fur ALAIA coat) but trust me that wont make many kuwaitis beat an eyelash. many things in their lifespan is illegal...
they might wanna think about those first before pondering whether they would go to prison for a shahtoosh thats hanging in their closet
And that my lovelies, is the true price of a pashmina, not the ridiculously over-heated price tag it carries of KD 500 -4000.
Moral of the story : when in India never shop at a luxury 5 star shopping arcade but to head to one of those cosy State owned Handicraft emporiums.
