Random But Fab

Moving on from the extremely overpriced to the extremely budget friendly. I finally found the limited edition Swatch watches designed in collaboration with Kidrobot, an art-driven toy and lifestyle brand, at Dubai Mall.  I've been looking for them since September. The collection of eight watches are accompanied by a collectable Dunny, Kidrobot’s iconic bunny-like vinyl toy.  And each watch in the set carries its limited edition number (001/300) and is presented in a really nice special packaging together with its corresponding Dunny.I wonder if Kuwait's Swatch branch would get these or not.

If you like 4 Boutique, then you must must pass by if Boutique in Jumairan. The place was my second most favorite shopping destination during my stay. It has an amazing selection of avant-garde designer pieces from the like of Comme Des Garcons, Yohji Yamamoto, Martin Margiela, Veronique Branquinho, Ann Demeulemeester, and Junya Wantanabe. I fell in love with this necklace on the mannequin.

This made me laugh! I'm not sure how to translate this in English... but it's something along the line of: daaaaamn your eyes are so fiiiiine.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
