It's been extremely hot and sticky (MAJOR bad hair daySSS) for the past few days, however, that didn't stop me from starting my fall purchases already. I definitely didn't have these very retro two tone block heel ankle boots by M Missoni on my Fall's wish list, but when I spotted them while casually browsing my-wardrobe.com, I couldn't resist not buying them! I enthusiastically showed them to my sister when I tried them on and was like "I'll be paring them with a shift dress or a maxi chiffon dress!". My sister looked at me lazily and replied "Nice, Ms. Foxxy Cleopatra!". Sarcastic much? Oh well, I'm still loving them.
As anyone who regularly reads Confashions may know, there are some designers I’ve been obsessed with for quite some time: one is the genius Erdem , the other is Nicholas Kirkwood , and Pierre Hardy . And because their designs are somehow easily accessible online and offline, I had the pleasure of featuring some of their creations and showing them the love they deserve. That said, there is one designer I’ve been particularly smitten with for quite some time. He has always been on the top of my favorite designers list ever since I was introduced to his designs by my fabulous fellow fashionisto Adnan Z Manjal a couple of years back : Saudi designer Mohammed Ashi . I always wished I featured him more. I couldn’t because his pieces are very exclusive and as far as I know not stocked anywhere here. Yup they are true to size and they're quite comfortable too... but you'd have to ask me that again when I take them for a real test-drive :P
