BCBG Opening Soon in The Avenues

BCBG Max Azria will be opening soon in The Avenues (Phase two) opposite to The English Tea Room café. This marks the opening of a third BCBG branch Kuwait. I wonder if Kuwait has enough purchasing power to open up 3 branches in one city!?!!
