Always in Vogue


My obsession with the classic beige trench coat seems to never end. I already have 3, actually 2 beige ones and one navy. And the fact that every season brands give the classic piece a multi-style makeover is not helping me at all. Sleeveless, short sleeves, covered with delicate lace, embellished, cropped, ruffled… it surely has managed to outlive all fashion trends. So channel Holly Golightly and take your pick from a selection of trench coats I spotted fit for all budgets.  Let's start from top, featured here is a trench coat which I spotted at GAP. The fit was quite good and the price tag? KD 39 only!

Burberry Brit short sleeved trench dress which can also be worn as a coat. Price tag? KD 174

I love the last one! Burberry all the way, but its a pity there's not much use for them in our region :/

I liked the H&M one the most. But what is that price?? 11 thousands 9 hundred KD?! That would be 40 thousand bucks, cannot be.

Confashion, thanks for your response. I would also think that 'dot' means 'eleven point nine', but then why are there zeros after 'nine'? On the other hand $30 for this trench coat is more probable, while very low, than $40k.
I mean look at the quality, it's a bargain for $30, but H&M, while affordable, is not that unbelievably affordable.
Somebody just tell me where to buy this thing for $30!!

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know...
