well, I need YOUR help, I got a red velvet classic jacket, and I am not sure what a "single-color" for skirt to match it with to give the jacket an edgy stylish look, excluding grey and black, any color suggestion?

Thanks in advance;)

There are a few styles you can work with:
Folk Boho Style
-Solk Blouses
-Studded belts
-Shawls
-Long Layered Accessories
-Wild printed silk blouse
Zara has many of these items or Gucci, they are totally in that wibe this season. On our site cover page you can see the example. (www.fashionista-style.com)
Edgy Look
Wear it with leather and same sort of silk blouse mentioned above.
Either pants or a pencil skirt. This is black but ill definately give you an edge and make you totally stylish (not for everyone though, need to courage:) )
Ofcourse it can also be worn with jeans to make it more all day and casual/chic.
Hope this helps you out.

I suggest a different, perhaps darker shade of red for the skirt.

Also navy.

As for the shirt, what Fashionista suggested with the silk blouse is nice.
Remember not to over accessorize, the velvet jacket will already pop. Maybe simple earings.
And a great pair of heels, mybe flashy or simple heels.

good tip azm:)
but i still wouldnt go for all red, maybe it could work, but you dont want to look like a walking tomato... The navy blue though would be nice!!! Again the sailor style is in aswell, so match it with a stipy blue and white cotton blouse and nice high waisted pants...but as azm shows you can wair it more than one way!

I agree with Fashionista, it will be too much if everything is red. Only a Dress is ok, but everything red, as in pants jacket is too much!

Remember, the skirt not being velvet and still red already makes it look of a different shade. And the key is wearing a different hsade of red. Thus intentionally making it "un-match".
If done right, you won't be a tomato...
Maybe the Queen of Hearts ;-)

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
