First Look at Reem.M Ramadan Collection for 2015

The Caftan season is here! Can you tell I'm over the moon?! I LOVE caftans! A caftan is easy to wear, easy to pack as it takes up little room, is lightweight (in most cases), and is super comfy to wear whilst traveling (you can take it on vacation and wear it as a swimsuit cover-up), visiting close friends and family, and simply lounging at home. And let's not forget how it can be easily accessorized or transformed into a different look.

I am honored and thrilled to kick start my posts this year with Reem.M Ramadan Collection for 2015. This year her selection is HUGE! There is something for everyone and for all ages. From boho-chic practical caftans for youngsters and older ladies, to dreamy and dressy ones for fancy ghabqas. Scroll down for a selection of some of my favorite piece. My ultimate favorites are of course the striped one with fringed detail and the plain white caftan with colored mini buttons. Brill!!

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in Miu Miu Boutiques throughout our region.

Did you know that Marie Claire, an international women's magazine, has been launched in Kuwait and their second issue is already in newsstands? Winner of the Best Women's Magazine and Magazine of the Year award for 2005, the magazine reportedly has over 14 million readers worldwide with 26 editions in 13 languages across the world. Marie Clair - Kuwait is in Arabic of course. The magazine offers an editorial mix of journalism with glamour, fashion and beauty coverage, and feature stories of lifestyle and serious women related issues. All by an Arabic editorial team. Chanel Bags on Discount?!

If you thought that getting a cheap Chanel bag that's within your budget is something too far fetched, then think again. You'll be surprised to know that Chanel's boutique located at Salhiya Complex is currently selling several bags, that are a maximum 1 or 2 seasons old, on discount . And we're not talking about a 2 or 5% discount here, these bags are 50% off their original price! For some reason I always thought that Chanel bags never go on sale. But I guess the printed ones or the ones that are made out of the collection's main fabric have to go on sale. Anyways, I managed to take photos of these 2 beauties. What I love about those bags is that they're a classic shape that never goes out of style, their print is young and refreshing, plus they're quilted. I think they could be a collector's item. Both bags featured here are sold for approximately KD 250 .
