Chanel Fever

Chanel just knows how to woo me whenever I feel like I no longer have passion for this brand. No wait, not any Chanel boutique, it's the Chanel in Dubai specifically, because I always tend to find the most amazing pieces that I don't think I'll ever get to see in my hometown for some weird reason. Take for example that killer lace-up ankle boots in the photo above with the breathtaking pearls on the back of the heel. I die!

I also spotted other items that tickled my fancy, like the flats below that look like something from outer space or from another galaxy. Don't the spots look like stars? Oh and that punked up chain boots and the boy bag with rows of chains, the bag looked really nice but it's not something I would personally carry because it can look borderline, dare I say, tacky. And those mirrored retro-like heels?! Love love love. Can we get these in K-town please? Thank you. And by the way, you can shop for some vintage Chanel pieces here and here.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
