Outfit of the Day

Give me an O, give me an O, give me a T, give me a D... Outfit of the Day! Yaaay! I couldn't help but share the spirit of a cheerleader with the presence of my TopShop x J.W. Anderson leather-sleeved wool-blend felt varsity jacket. I bought it last September during my London visit and have been waiting in anticipation for the weather to get colder here in K-town so that I could finally wear it. And when it finally became colder and I did wear it, somehow all the excitement has fizzled. But I decided to wear it anyways, so I paired it with H&M lace skirt (similar here), The Row navy wool knitted top, grey knitted tights, my Céline trio bag, and my brownish preppy Oxford shoes with contrasting greenish heels from Fendi.

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
