Outfit of the Day

Remember in my previous post about The Outlet Store, when I mentioned the Fummel + Kram scarves? I promised to share a photo of my scarf, so without further ado, I present you with my matryoshka Fummel + Kram. How adorable is the matryoshka doll with the sun glasses??!! *silence*.... You know something? I was really excited and everything looked great when I photographed it, but now as I'm writing this post, reality kicked in and I realized how boring this might be to some readers. My apologies for letting you suffer and go through this. Feel free to abort because I have reached the point of no return and will continue typing/publishing this post.

Anyhow, Fummel + Kram is a brand known for their cutting-edge hand embroidered quirky-cool designs sewn to perfection on traditional fabrics. They're prefect for casual lazy days. I bought it online through their website. And I wore it over the weekend with my Zara military jacket, grey tee (not shown),J Brand skinny jeans, and my Isabel Marant, which I purchased online last year, I was so nervous that the sneakers would sell out that I placed my order twice! It is safe to say that I'm not as passionate about them this year. But I'll keep on wearing them this season to get my money's worth.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
