Remember this 80's hit song by George Harrison? I remember when I was really young, I used to play it on and on. Only very recently I found out that George Harrison was the lead guitarist of The Beatles! Probably one of his only solo songs? And all that time I thought her was an American singer. But that's not the point of this post. This song exactly describes how I feel about falling for 4 different bags at the same time. I spotted them at Givenchy boutique in 360 Mall and I couldn't decide which one to go for. And of course I wouldn't buy all of them at once. That would be ridiculous. Right? A current favorite is this Givenchy antigona bag. The drawbacks however are 1) its light shade, which means prone to stains, although I'm in love with its color-combo. 2) it was slightly on the heavy side, not sure if I'd have the strength to carry it around with all my junk inside. But I'm still in love with it.

So... back to the song I guess..

Envelop clutch in one of my favorite shades, cobalt blue! So pretty...

Why am I seeing something Celine'ish in the first bag and the third one? Hmmm....guess the structure and the use of more than one color. At any rate, the first one is beeyooriful. Still, I myself am avoiding heavy bags like the plague now. You get so happy when you first buy them but after a few long outings you realize you need to go back to your lighter bags to avoid hurting your shoulder.

ps. good job with the verses! I do remember and love that song :)

These bags have a hold on you to make you inspired to write poetry because of the eagerness to own them. I laughed a bit when I read the introductory literary work but I was still impressed at how you're so passionate about your hobby in collecting beautiful bags and clothes.

Chanel Bags on Discount?!

If you thought that getting a cheap Chanel bag that's within your budget is something too far fetched, then think again. You'll be surprised to know that Chanel's boutique located at Salhiya Complex is currently selling several bags, that are a maximum 1 or 2 seasons old, on discount . And we're not talking about a 2 or 5% discount here, these bags are 50% off their original price! For some reason I always thought that Chanel bags never go on sale. But I guess the printed ones or the ones that are made out of the collection's main fabric have to go on sale. Anyways, I managed to take photos of these 2 beauties. What I love about those bags is that they're a classic shape that never goes out of style, their print is young and refreshing, plus they're quilted. I think they could be a collector's item. Both bags featured here are sold for approximately KD 250 .
