Not So Lucky to Some...

I was astonished to find out that the Issa Lucky dress was sold out (in both colors) on net-a-porter in less than 2 hours from it's release online! I know that the dress made a big hit due to many factors (SATC movie, celeb-worthiness, all-shapes-flattering-style to name a few), but I didn't expect it to fly off the virtual shelf that fast!

Whoever bought it, can you please let us know if it was worth it or not? And does it really flatter your shape?!

lol i saw it on net-a-porter and was about to order it just for the heck of it , then got a second look at the pics and decided its too short. Honestly, its soooo ordinary, nothing unique about it, actually its rather dull, don't you think ?

Is it really a Lucky dress ? Id rather get Dorothy's shoes from OZ, they are more fun and glamorous lol..

speaking of net-a-porter the recent FASHION in Kuwait and surely worldwide as per ur experience with that dress...
my experience was so weird to the point that i had to cancel my order after 10 days of emails going back and forth with their un-pro costumer care!
to cut long story short , it started with them not accepting the UK ARAMEX Address i submitted along with my purchase reasoning in Higher security and requesting a physical address ...bla bla bla
they sent me an email saying they will deposit an amount less than a pound to my Visa account , so that i clarify whats that exact amount in order to make sure am the owner of the Visa .....!! what

I said ok lets wait...nothing happened for 5 days and I canceled the order to save more headache..

another story about this famous online store:

a friend of mine once had to go to the p.o.box office of her neighborhood in order to claim her package , they asked her to go into the room of all delayed packages and get her box !! she found a tons of open boxes , different dresses , shoes , leather bags everywhere...

Last but not least ...Becarefull Girls

I have been buying most of my wardrobe from net-a-porter for the past 3 years & I have very rarely encountered any difficulty with them. It was once that I really had a problem & they gave me a free voucher worth 50 pounds to make up for what they did & I was entitled to free shipping for my next order! As for the Issa dress I bought it from france & I think its a pretty nice dress bas not worth all the buzz it got! Its a simple & elegant dress..

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
