Take me to Rue Du Mail

Last month I was skimming through one of the fashion magazine, I can’t recall which one, and saw Cate Blanchett wearing a beautiful black and white bubble dress for one of those star studded events. The article mentioned that the designer of the dress is Rue Du Mail. I haven't heard of her before, so I did my research and found her entire collection here. I immediately fell in love with Rue Du Mail. A very smart mixture of bubble and lamp-shade shapes with sharp stacked heels and wire hemmed evening dresses. The kind of dresses that would set you apart from the crowd.

So I was thrilled to know that Rue Du Mail is now being sold at Villa Moda Shuwaikh. You have to go and feel the creations. I wanted to buy the whole rack, but I would get in serious trouble with the local authorities. Here's what's available now from Rue Du Mail at Villa Moda:

You probably didn't like the photos, but take it from me, these are the type of clothes that look much better in real life than on the runway. You can really see and feel all the beautiful detailing. Now, If only I had a black American Express Card....

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
