Palmer//Harding Just Hit BLAQ Concept Store

So what does a Palmer//Harding hard-core fan do when she gets an SMS from BLAQ Concept about its new arrivals?!! Drop everything and run to Palmer//Harding before it sells out!!!

Palmer//Harding must get an award for the most innovative and simply the most beautiful button-down white shirts. They have this unique way of transforming a classic wardrobe staple into an uber-chic most-wanted item. I couldn't settle for one piece, I bought one for now, but I'm planning for another visit this week to get another top, which I think would be a true-investment (the usual excuse). You can easily pair Palmer//Harding's tops with leather trousers and stilettos for a hint of rock chic, or dress it up a notch with either their textured and fringed pencil skirt or dressy cropped tuxedo pants.

The store's selection included also skirts, and one party dress for those who love to look marvelous in monochrome. Check out their hard-to-find selection now before they sell out.

The textured detail on the skirt combined with thick fringes makes this skirt THE trophy piece for any fashion-loving wardrobe.

Neoprene sweater with draped chiffon-like layers.

I can just imagine at least 3 ways to dress up and dress down this unique Palmer//Harding piece! Heart!

Palmer//Harding fringed button-down shirt in neoprene paired with frame ripped jeans, also available at BLAQ concept store.

Whoever said white shirts are boring, must have a look at this one also by Palmer//Harding. On one side you have three draped layers of cotton fabric, giving a feel of a cape on the back.

Check out the cape-like detail I'm lusting over right now!!

In love with there western-style pointy pumps by Toga. They come with a detachable buckle-fastening harness strap, not seen here but would look perfect with suede fringed skirt to add to its tough-luxe appeal.

Altuzarra or Aquazzura?

That is the question. It took me a whole season to finally tell these two brands apart, and this season, there's no mistake, each brand is now engraved in my fashion database like a personalized Tiffany's pen. And this Resort 2015 season, I'm head over heels with their flats, on display now at AlOthman Boutique . Altuzarra's version comes in a tonal-gray water snake and are decorated with beige shells, red beads and silver sequins. Aquazzura's lace-up sandals come in a beautiful shade of apple green, and will work with white or bright colored casual summer outfit.  After much thought and sole-searching, I have decided to go for the  Altuzarra   sandals. They're safely stored in my closet, waiting for the dust and the cold to go away.  Which pair would you go for?

To New Beginnings...

"What did this Corona crisis teach you?" my friend asked. My first thought was thing crisis has opened my eyes on the simple pleasures of life. My priorities have changed. And I feel every day is a new beginning. First of all, it made me realize how much I miss blogging. How simple and mentally satisfying it was to jolt down my thoughts on a field that I was very passionate about. I have to admit that I'm not as passionate now. Don't get me wrong, I still like fashion, but it's now on the bottom of my priorities list. I would like to blog about other things too that I feel much related to. I recently discovered that I do enjoy cooking. For the longest time, cooking to me was a nightmare.  This corona crisis has taught us that we can look forward to a new day with new possibilities to contribute or to help another, or to simply approach things differently, and most importantly to make the most of each day we have and share that goodness with others.
