These are a few of my favorite things: My-Wardrobe.com Edition

Today's sale browsing edition is My-wardrobe.com sale. And here are some of my favorite pieces which are currently on sale. I have added the price of the item after the sale next to each piece for easier reference.
  • 3.1 Phillip Lim floral eyelet embellished t-shirt. I have the same tee and now I wish I waited for the sale to buy it! Anyhow, the embellishment on the tee is really cool and the tee can easily be paired with skirts and jeans.
  • Hudson ultra ripped hih-rise skinny jeans, I'm having a ripped and distressed jeans moment these days. Perfect for off-duty outings.
  • Mary Katrantzou X CURRENT/ELLIOTT’s sleeveless denim shirt, this piece is the epitome of dress-down high-fashion, wear it with a tank top and white cropped jeans or bermuda shorts and pile on the accessories.
  • Issa's Warhol print cotton slim leg pants, the quirky cool prints of these pants are killing me! Andy Warhol's cartoonish face all over!
  • Mother of Pearl flower stripe tank dress, florals and stripes? two of my favorite things combined in one item! LOVE!
  • Carven safari print poplin full skirt, you an paired it with its matching top, with a basic grey tee, or even a white shirt.
  • Acne stace degrade denim jacket, the coolest denim jacket of the season.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Magical Mode

As anyone who regularly reads Confashions may know, there are some designers I’ve been obsessed with for quite some time: one is the genius Erdem , the other is Nicholas Kirkwood , and Pierre Hardy . And because their designs are somehow easily accessible online and offline, I had the pleasure of featuring some of their creations and showing them the love they deserve. That said, there is one designer I’ve been particularly smitten with for quite some time. He has always been on the top of my favorite designers list ever since I was introduced to his designs by my fabulous fellow fashionisto Adnan Z Manjal   a couple of years back : Saudi designer Mohammed Ashi . I always wished I featured him more. I couldn’t because his pieces are very exclusive and as far as I know not stocked anywhere here. This clearly isn't just another post on my obvious love for Mohammed Ashi’s designs or the quality of his clothes as I have done that previously. Ashi simply deserves his very own epic p...

Altuzarra or Aquazzura?

That is the question. It took me a whole season to finally tell these two brands apart, and this season, there's no mistake, each brand is now engraved in my fashion database like a personalized Tiffany's pen. And this Resort 2015 season, I'm head over heels with their flats, on display now at AlOthman Boutique . Altuzarra's version comes in a tonal-gray water snake and are decorated with beige shells, red beads and silver sequins. Aquazzura's lace-up sandals come in a beautiful shade of apple green, and will work with white or bright colored casual summer outfit.  After much thought and sole-searching, I have decided to go for the  Altuzarra   sandals. They're safely stored in my closet, waiting for the dust and the cold to go away.  Which pair would you go for?
