Fashion Cafe

I was in Al Bedaa area recently and noticed the neon sign for Fashion CafĆ©. I took a quick peak inside, and I wasn't sure if the cafe was part of the international TV channel Fashion TV group or not, but after a closer inspection, I noticed Fashion TV logo almost everywhere and they were selling some clothes and accessories with the official Fashion TV logo on. So I guess it is the real  Fashion CafĆ©. According to the waiter the cafe will open to the public on either Sunday or Saturday. If you're interested to find out more, please call (+965) 2226-3111.

I saw the FTV logos one day when I was driving by. They did look similar to Fashion TV but something seemed off. If it is true, what a shame people continue to lack originality.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Chanel Bags on Discount?!

If you thought that getting a cheap Chanel bag that's within your budget is something too far fetched, then think again. You'll be surprised to know that Chanel's boutique located at Salhiya Complex is currently selling several bags, that are a maximum 1 or 2 seasons old, on discount . And we're not talking about a 2 or 5% discount here, these bags are 50% off their original price! For some reason I always thought that Chanel bags never go on sale. But I guess the printed ones or the ones that are made out of the collection's main fabric have to go on sale. Anyways, I managed to take photos of these 2 beauties. What I love about those bags is that they're a classic shape that never goes out of style, their print is young and refreshing, plus they're quilted. I think they could be a collector's item. Both bags featured here are sold for approximately KD 250 .
