I'm obviously not an "insider" on the art scene. But I think I have my moments that have been shaped by loving beautiful things and timely questions to my Art-loving friend *wink*, who taught me how to appreciate art. So the past couple of years I have started to grow interest in Arts. So while walking around Dubai Mall I spotted this really beautiful contemporary art gallery called Opera Gallery. At first I thought it was a local concept. But after a long and informative discussion with the salesman, I’ve found out that gallery currently has an international network of branches in all of the world’s major art capitals: Paris, New York, Miami, Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Monaco, Geneva, Seoul, Venice and finally Dubai. The first branch opened in 1994 by founder Gilles Dyan. In addition to contemporary art, Opera Gallery provides a showcase for the works of famous painters such as Picasso, Dalí, and Warhol. The gallery is always on the lookout to promote new artistic talents.
