Event: FIVE60 Exhibitions

FIVE60 will be open for three days (21-23 of December) from 5:00PM to 10:00PM to host a three participants' mini event for selling fashionable items, shawls, and shahtooshs. FIVE60 is located at Rawdha, Block 5, Street 60, House 4.

Check out www.alsabahcollection.com and the news coverage of their event in Miami earlier this month.


I thought it was pretty fabulous and the guys behind Villa Moda are up to something amazing and totally diverting themselves from Fashion to Art. I think Art is definately complementing fashion and we can see nowadays that alot of the young Kuwaitis are totally into contemporary art. It became a hot thing within the local community and it seems that everyone wants to be part of the art scene. Their news can also be found on:

sorry bes HELLO. Shatoosh is ILLEGAL. I.L.L.E.G.A.L. EVERYWHERE ON EARTH!!! They have to kill these animals to make it, they do not "pick it off shrubs" like your shatoosh dealer has surely told you. that is a LIE. They are killing off a VERY ENDANGERED SPECIES! A VERY ENDANGERED TYPE OF ANTELOPE!!! They cannot sell ILLEGAL things. and people should not BUY ILLEGAL things that VIOLATE international laws because "umbay ishawig!"

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
