Kurt Geiger Now Open in Kuwait

Shoe addicts rejoice! The new Kurt Geiger store is now open at the Avenues. The store will be showcasing its coveted Autumn/Winter selection of stylish, and affordable shoes. I like wearing Kurt Geiger shoes for casual outings and they also go well with any work attire. And best of all, they are sooo budget friendly. Just what you need during this terrible economic recession.

Kurt Geiger will open 30 stores in the GCC region in a joint venture with Landmark Gulf Group within the next couple of years.

I love the store in london and I especially love it cuz you don't have to splurge on seasonal items. I was quite unimpressed with the store in phase 2 though! The collection is old and very limited. And so not budget friendly! Evyrthing ws above 50kd 3ala shinoooo. I hope they don't expand in the region if this is what they're offering

I live in London and KG has seriously gone downhill, not only is almost everything over 100 pounds, some even reaching 200, the quality is terrible and they're so uncomfortable, practically unbearable to walk on! I do admit they have some stylish things, but not worth the pain or price.

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.

Marie Clair - Kuwait is in Arabic of course. Have you read it? If yes, what do you think of it?

Sephora Opening Soon At The Avenues II

Beauty Junkies rejoice! The famous retailer of perfumes and cosmetics and the leading beauty chain in Europe and US, Sephora , will be opening soon at The Avenues Phase II. Personally, I like Sephora not only because of its tempting cosmetic selection, but mainly because I don't feel pressured by sales associates to buy stuff that I don't really need. I can actually touch and try the products without having the sales associate stalking me around and giving me some unnecessary comments about my skin/make-up. I think Sephora will make it big here if it sells its high-end cosmetics which are unavailable at other beauty stores/pharmacies in Kuwait. Does anyone have any product recommendations or favorites?
