Symphony Teaser

Last week I have been invited to attend the exclusive and invite-only Symphony Boutique launch party last Thursday in Dubai Mall. In case you've been living under a rock lately, here’s a brief, Symphony is a Dubai-based luxury multi-brand boutique which stocks the biggest brand names in women’s wear and accessories such as Camilla Skovgaard, Christian Siriano, Current / Elliott, Erin Fetherston, Rupert Sanderson, Thakoon, Vera Wang, Willow, Whitney Eve, and many more. The moment I’ve received the invite, I immediately RSVP-ed my confirmation to attend. Yes I do judge a party by its invitation card! Even if I try hard not to, it's inevitable. Anyways, back to the elegant card. I loved its concept, the invite is printed on a fabric that pretty much looked like a clothes tag and attached to it is a small pouch with extra threads, beads, and the boutique’s logo as a charm. Just giving us a slight hint of the store’s installation and on what’s to come.

Stay tuned for more Symphony and Dubai-n posts…

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
