Emailing, whatsapping, and texting is fine, but there's something so beautiful and personal about handwritten notes. In this day and age, I find it odd and such a rare experience to pick up a pen and write. That's why I always make it a point to send my family and close friends a handwritten note, it makes the experience of receiving a gift more thoughtful.
