Just Like Prada?

I think I've been struck down by the Prada bug! My recent posts are all about Prada. And I'm not surprised! Its S/S 2011 collection was one of my favorite collection of the season. Anyhow, I spotted this very Prada-esque Christian Lacroix colored fur stole at a boutique in Salhiya Complex called The Fashion Corner. Basically it's an outlet that sells brands such as Christian Lacroix, Ralph, and other unknown brands. What I loved about this fur stole is that it's bright yellow from one side and then its color slowly fades into a different shade of color, a mix of light grey and mint. Obviously it's not a Summer-ish purchase but it's surly a good investment for winter to pair with color-blocking/stripes pieces. Besides, it's a piece of accessory that won't go out of style.  Price tag? KD 141

You're absolutely right and to me it doesn't change the fact that it still looks like the Prada fur stole. :)

Miu Miu Pays Tribute to the Middle East

Everyone who knows me, knows that I have a soft spot for bag charms. They're fun, cute, and add a dose of irresistible character to your plain handbag. So when I got the news about Miu Miu paying tribute to the Middle Eastern culture by presenting an exclusive playful yet multifunctional accessories in luxurious precious skin, I got excited intrigued. The round-shaped charms has the Arabic alphabet, each piece presenting a letter design with metallic hues and vibrant colors. They're cute, nothing groundbreaking. I'm not sure if these bags charms would step up my bag charms game, but I guess it depends on their price tag and how "exclusively" exclusive they are. Maybe they'll grow on me? I don't know... What do you think? The charms should be available exclusively in  Miu Miu   Boutiques throughout our region.
