Boutique 39 have modified their Return & Exchange policy. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange or receive a refund. Exchanges may only be made for the same item of a different size or color, subject to availability. For Refunds, customers may choose to have a cash refund, of which KD 10 will be deducted as processing charge, or, have a gift voucher of the full amount. In the event customers wish to return an item, we require that they return the new and unused goods to Boutique 39 with all the original labeling attached within 3 days for Kuwait and 5 days for International customers of receiving the goods.Boutique 39 have modified their Return & Exchange policy.
