H&M's tribute to Marimekko at the Avenues

H&M's tribute to Marimekko hit the Avenues store recently. Marimekko who?! Marimekko is a Finnish design company famous for it's bold graphics and prints from the 1960s and 70s. The limited collection is all about colors and huge crazy patterns. What do I think of designed items of the collection? Nothing really stood out besides the actual fun and bold retro prints. The collection carried wardrobe basics in addition to swimwear.

I have to admit though, the collection really made me long for a nice tropical getaway. To view the entire collection, please click here.
